A garden writer blossoms, then goes dormant (at least for a season)
I started writing in 1993, when my
first article was featured in Birmingham
Magazine. After being published
in Horticulture,
I worked for several years as a technical writer, writing software manuals.
I went on to become a web developer before returning to freelance
writing and becoming an award-winning writer-photographer. I'm now retired, though I'm not sure it's for good.
Gardening has been my passion ever since I can remember.
Although I write about other topics as well, I tend to follow my interests.
Like writing,
I think gardening instills its own form of wisdom.
